WARRANTY:
A good service for our customers is very important for us. The quality and technology of our vehicles is superb and we guarantee this quality with a 4-year warranty until 120.000 km within the EU for all of our models expect for the C2 Pure and the X2-Arrow Pure-Black.
24 h WARRANTY HOTLINE in the third and the fourth year:
With the TRIKEtec 4-Year Warranty we offer a 24 h warranty hotline in the third and fourth year in all major European languages like German, English, French, Spanish or Dutch.
MAINTENANCE ALL OVER THE WORLD:
All TRIKEtec vehicles are engineered that only minimum of maintenance works are necessary. Each 10.000 km or minimum each year the maintenance is necessary to have full warranty protection. All maintenance works are descriped in the TRIKEtec manual. After the warranty time we recommend to maintain with these maintenance intervals.
We accept if you bring your TRIKEtec vehicle for maintenance to one of the follwing service stations in your local area:
- Mercedes-Benz dealer
- Smart Car dealer
- Bosch Service stations
- Oficial TRIKEtec dealer
Changes in price, equipment, technology as well as mistakes are reserved.
